HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We will credit your original method of payment within 1 business day of receipt of the returned item, minus original shipping charges. Please note your banking institution or Credit Card company may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once the return has been processed.
Please note that if your order included free shipping and we will deduct our shipping costs and return custom fee off your refund.
All our customers are obliged to take their packages from shipping company. If the packages that are not accepted from the shipping company will be return to our depot, and your refund will be made after the shipping charges have been deducted from your payment (sending and receiving).
Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
